Arandas, an upcoming & elevated Mexican restaurant in Healdsburg, California, is seeking an experienced General Manager who has the professional knowledge and passion to create a guest journey through a variety of regional Mexican cuisines. The General Manager will have the opportunity to work with and lead a dynamic team and curate exceptional dining experiences.

Job Summary:

This position will oversee all job functions that contribute to successful restaurant operations including supervising, coordinating, and managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, as well as menu development, preparation, employee development, and customer service. The General Manager will facilitate positive and productive working relationships and act in the best interest of the company at all times.

Job Duties and Requirements:

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing in a full-service dining environment
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills
• Must have detailed and diverse food, bar, and beverage experience and knowledge
• Must have detailed and diverse wine knowledge
• Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Must have restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge
• Must have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work efficiently and effectively individually, and in a team setting.
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to help lead a team of 50 employees.
